A Controlled
Plan of Action
From the first private conversation to completion of the agreed brief, GWI keeps the engagement defined, coordinated and moving forward.
The GWI process
Four stages.
No loose ends.
A clear route from the first private conversation to the completion of the agreed brief.
First conversation
Enquiry
Tell us what needs to happen. We begin with a short, private conversation to understand the objective, circumstances and urgency—and to determine whether GWI is the appropriate fit.
- Private
- No obligation
- Personal response
Written clarity
Scope
We define the required outcome, responsibilities, specialists, timing, exclusions and commercial terms in writing. Where necessary, identity, authority and beneficial ownership are established at this stage.
Nothing begins without the client’s approval.
Coordinated execution
Arrangement
GWI identifies suitable specialists, makes the necessary introductions and coordinates documents, meetings, information and dependencies around the agreed brief.
Regulated advice is provided separately by appropriately licensed professionals.
One accountable contact
Oversight
One GWI contact follows the engagement from beginning to end—tracking progress, keeping the client informed and resolving coordination gaps until the agreed brief is complete.
Clarity at every boundary
Everyone knows what they are responsible for.
Clear roles protect the client, the specialist and the integrity of every engagement. GWI coordinates the path without blurring who advises, who decides or who determines an outcome.
GWI
Coordinate
Holds the brief, introductions and agreed follow-through.
Client
Decide
Approves scope, instructions and every material decision.
Specialist
Advise
Owns independent professional judgement and delivery.
Authority
Determine
Retains control of regulatory, banking and official outcomes.
GWI holds the brief and coordinates the engagement. Clients approve decisions. Independent specialists provide advice under their own professional terms. Government bodies, banks and regulators retain authority over their respective outcomes.
